Our mission
Software keeps getting smarter, but life is still deeply human. Most habit tools miss that. They optimize, they nag, they turn a missed day into a broken streak. We think habits work differently: they hold when they're shared, when progress is visible to someone who cares, and when accountability feels like support rather than pressure.
So we're building tools that turn daily routines into moments of connection for families, partners, and teams. Progress over perfection. Gentle over rigid. Small wins that actually feel good.
We're a small team, which means the work you do is visible and yours. We care most about craft: people who notice the details others skip, who take the quality of a small interaction personally, and who can move quickly without making things feel cold. If that sounds like you, we'd like to meet.

Small teams, global mission
We're small, and we plan to stay that way for a while. That means every new teammate shapes the product and the company, not just a backlog. The work you do ships to people using Habi within days, and you'll see exactly which part of it is yours.

A career as original as you are
Don't just climb the ladder, move sideways across it. Careers at Habi are flexible, and we'll support the path you actually want. Whether you're drawn to leading people, roaming across problems, or staying deep in your craft, we'll help you grow in that direction.
We didn't build Habi because habits are a market. We built it because we believe people do better when someone else is in it with them. That's the product, and it's also how we work

Shared values
Craft over output
We take pride in the details other people skip. The timing of an animation, the wording of a nudge, the way an empty state feels at 6am. We can tell the difference between good and great, and we care about the gap. We would rather ship one thing that feels right than five that feel rushed.
Ship it, then improve it
Nothing changes until something is in someone's hands. We work in small pieces, get them to real users, and learn from what actually happens. We would rather have an honest first version out this week than a perfect plan for next quarter. Being careful and being slow are not the same thing.
Best idea wins, whoever has it
We believe no one has a monopoly on the best ideas as we all operate within bounded rationality. We detach ourselves from our opinions and practice tactfulness in communicating alternative views. We reason with logic while being tactful and respectful. We don't like people who are overly protective of their ideas. We don't add friction to our team.
Gentle over rigid
This is how we build the product, and it's how we treat each other. We assume good intent. We give feedback that's direct and kind at the same time. A missed day, a bug in production, a bad first draft: none of it is a crisis. What matters is showing up again, together.
